Three operating modes – Convection (50-300°C), Steam (5-130°C), Mixed mode (5-250°C). Capability for manual mode operation. METEO SYSTEM – allows control of the steam environment saturation in the chamber for maximum efficiency for each recipe. STEAM TUNER system – steam modulation system (dry-wet). Automatic steam exhaust control. Six fan speeds with automatic change of rotation direction. Distance between tray racks – 74mm. Double-glazed door with an air channel for venting the outer glass.
