Purpose of processing and legal basis

The import of items from own production, including equipment for professional kitchens, bars, pastry shops, and meat processing, design of public catering establishments, communal and residential services, and trade buildings, creation of individual projects tailored to the purpose of the premises and the client's personal preferences, warranty and post-warranty servicing of all types of professional kitchen and bar equipment, sale of medical equipment and cleaning products, commercial representation and mediation both domestically and internationally.
The administrator processes personal data in relation to the fulfillment of legally defined obligations, concerning the disclosure of data to state and/or local authorities, including data necessary for declaring circumstances related to the transaction.

Consent of the data subjects

The administrator does not process data for the described purposes based on consent as per Article 7 of the GDPR. However, in cases where personal data is processed based on voluntarily provided consent, such consent can be withdrawn at any time.
The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent given before its withdrawal.

Categories of personal data

Physical identity, such as name, personal identification number (PIN), data from identity documents, address, phone number, email.
Providing personal data is a mandatory requirement.
Failure to provide the data may result in the administrator being unable to prepare and sign contracts (preliminary and/or final) related to the purpose of processing.

Criteria for determining the retention period

Retention periods for exercising property rights, including acquisitive prescription under the Property Act.
All documents that are part of accounting records and/or subject to tax control are stored for the periods and in accordance with the provisions of Article 12 of the Accounting Act and Article 38 of the Tax and Social Security Procedure Code.

Rights of Data Subjects

Every subject has the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict, and object to the processing of their personal data.
Data subjects have the right to data portability; however, the administrator does not practice collecting data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format. Therefore, the direct transfer of personal data is technically unfeasible.
Right to lodge a complaint

Data subjects have the right to appeal actions and decisions of the administrator in the following order, without limitation:

  • To the Data Protection Officer (DPO);
  • To the administrator: ROBUSTA Ltd.;
  • To the Commission for Personal Data Protection;
  • To the competent court.

Source of personal data

In addition to being obtained directly from the data subjects, personal data may also be received from another party, primarily in the following cases: joint controllership (e.g., brokers representing the subject) or in cases of legitimate representation under the legislation. A public source of data may include the Property Register at the Registry Agency.
