Three operating modes – convection (50-300°C), steam (5-130°C), combined mode (5-250°C). Manual operation mode available. METEO SYSTEM – allows control of steam saturation in the chamber for maximum efficiency for each recipe. STEAM TUNER – steam modulation system – dry-wet. Automatic control of steam discharge. Six fan rotation speeds and automatic change of fan rotation direction. Tray rack spacing – 74mm. Double-glazed door with an air channel for ventilating the outer glass of the door. Chamber lighting.
