Structure in stainless steel AISI 304 – upper cover in clear alimentary polycarbonate – safety microswitches on the upper lid and on the inlet – product ejection button – timer 0÷4 minutes – automatic water jet to facilitate the elimination of peeling waste – extractable plate with brushes PPC enclosed. Table-top model. Capacity about 60 kg/hour. Hopper capacity 3/5kg. Timer 1-4 minutes.
